The Oldtime Baseball Game to benefit The Boston Home simply could not happen without the support of many volunteers. Help is needed in all aspects of the event from parking attendants and event set-up to concessions and program sales. We hope you can join us for a fun and uplifting night of baseball for a great cause!

Oldtime Baseball Game to Benefit The Boston Home
Thursday, August 22, 2024 at 7 PM, St. Peter’s Field in North Cambridge, MA.
Set-Up Committee: Set up tables, hang banners, bunting and signage. Prepare coolers with ice and beverages. Requires some lifting. (FULL: 0 volunteers needed)
Volunteer Table: Sign in volunteers as they arrive, pass out name tags, direct volunteers to their designated area. (FULL: 0 volunteers needed per shift)
Parking: Located in several satellite parking lots. Oversee orderly parking and best use of lot. (5 volunteers needed)
Gate/Selling Programs: Sell program at gates leading up to the game. (FULL: 0 volunteers needed)
Auction & Raffle Tables: Oversee auction items, bidding process, and sell raffle tickets. (Full: 0 volunteers needed per shift)
The Boston Home Table: Provide information and answer questions about The Boston Home. (Full: 0 volunteers needed per shift)
Concessions Table: Sell concessions throughout the game, keeping food service area clean and stocked. ( FULL: 0 volunteers needed )
Wrap-Up: Breakdown and clean-up following game. (4 volunteers needed)
