The Boston Home, based in Dorchester, Massachusetts,
is a not-for-profit specialized care residence for adults with advanced Multiple Sclerosis and other progressive neurological diseases.
Established in 1881, The Boston Home is the
only facility of its type in New England and
one of only a few in the country.
