Ms. Michael a partner in the Real Estate Practice at Saul Ewing Law Firm in Boston has joined the Board of Trustees of The Boston Home, a residence and center for care of adults with advanced Multiple Sclerosis and other progressive neurological diseases.

Her understanding of the committee’s critical role in best practices makes her a valuable addition to our board’s leadership.”
Ms. Michael has extensive experience representing owners and developers on acquisitions, dispositions, financings, development, and leasing of all classes of commercial property. Sally also represents borrowers and lenders on restructuring debt. She is lead counsel on many portfolio transactions and multi-state matters. In addition, she has significant experience in recapitalizations and joint venture equity transactions. Sally is an accomplished public speaker who regularly addresses industry groups on substantive real estate topics.
Ms. Michael earned a B.A. from Brandeis University and J.D. from Suffolk Law School. She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Rhode Island Bar Association.
